Urinary incontinence means loss of bladder control. There are several stages of it. The mildest is when urinary dribbling occurs due to strong abdominal pressure (such as sneezing, coughing). We are talking about a more unpleasant problem if urine is inadvertently released even with less effort (for example, when exercising, climbing stairs). The most severe case of incontinence means the inability to hold urine at rest and accidental urination.
